A Longer Table strengthens school cafeterias so children are nourished and prepared to learn by building the workforce and systems to support scratch cooking.
AFTER JUST TWO AND A HALF YEARS, The Patachou Foundation has served over 16,500 high-quality meals with the help of over 125 volunteers dedicated to providing this wholesome food with an atmosphere of warmth, equality and respect. Additionally, The Patachou Foundation’s unique education program teaches about exploring new tastes, manners, farming, and all of the joys of the table. We are excited to be inaugurating another class of elementary students into this program just next week!
Our resolution for the New Year: serve 16,000 more meals and continue to change habits while fighting the unfortunate realities of hunger and poverty in our backyard.
